We need detailed calculation or formula. how to make differnt (mole%) concentration solutions of EuCl3 in 2.667% SnO2-ETL water diluted solution, used as ETL for hybrid perovskite solar cell.
Dear Abdul Sattar thank you for sharing this interesting technical question with the RG community. In this context, I just came across the following potentially useful literature refernce which might help you in your analysis:
Dual Passivation of Perovskite and SnO2 for High-Efficiency MAPbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells
Article Dual Passivation of Perovskite and SnO 2 for High‐Efficiency...
The authors report here that (citation) "For the preparation of (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 mol%) Eu-doped SnO2 ETLs, EuCl3⋅6H2O was added directly to the prepared aqueous solution before immersing the cleaned FTO substrates." The good thing about this paper is that is has been posted as public full text on RG. Thus you can freely download it as pdf file.
I hope this helps. Good luck with your work and best wishes, Frank Edelmann
Thnak you so much dear Prof. Frank T. Edelmann for your responce and guidance. I have read this article very carefully.
I discover that they used the SnCl2·2H2O (98%) salt and I know how to make the mole% solution with respect to other salt, while I am using SnO2 colloidal solution (15 wt% in water). So, I want ask how to make differnt (mole%) solutions of any salt in 2.667% SnO2-ETL water diluted solution, used as ETL for hybrid perovskite solar cell.
