Editorial boards of scientific journals are essential and valuable resources to publications. They make sure that the journals are published with integrity and accuracy. I am interested in your experiences and opinions on how can we make the best of the editorial board.

Please colleagues, let me put the question in other words. How can an editor-in-chief select members of the editorial board? Is it their potential or just trying to include famous names? Is it important to review the balance of the board and make necessary changes to refresh it and bring new people? What are the responsibilities of the Editorial Board? Is it only to support and advise the Editor?
