I need to change solutinos in bath camber of my set up quickly. I have no rapid solution changer and no jumping table on my set up. I know that there is a U-tube application system, that allows apply solutuinos quickly and separately, but I know very few about it. How to make correct U-tube with a pinhole. From what material this tube should be? Should I use special valve?

Although i have never used it myself, there is a cheap way to built such a perfusion system out of PE / teflon tubing. Please look at those 2 ref. for further details:

Small-bore teflon tubing, bent into a hairpin. Make a hole with a syringe needle. When you record, align this hole next to the cell you are recording from. Can be used with a computer controlled flow valve, or to eliminate flow artifact, do computer-controlled switching between your drug and your bath solution.
