Coordinates are in WGS 84 UTM ZONE 35S.

I used the field data from GPS. Computed in Surfer 21.1.158 program.

I think this program may not be adapted for the 3D.

Yes that is it Mr @Jens. It's exactly the location of my study area. And your contours are correct.

I didn't understand why mines are wrong. Any way, I would be glad if you can help me with that topo map. Or show me how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Your data is from GPS traces? Not another DEM/DSM/DTM product like SRTM / AsterDEM / Lidar, etc.? Can you provide your dataset, or at least a screenshot of the points / traces along with the boundary of your area of interest?
