How to make 2mM substrate solution?

Dear researchers,

I want to make 5ml, 2mM L-Tyrosine, and L-Dopa substrate solutions separately. I purchased these chemical from Sigma. The L-Tyrosine and L-Dopa MW weights are 181.19g/mol and 200.21g/mol in powder form. I want to know how much grams or mg of these powder form chemicals should i dissolve in 5ml of water to make 2mM substrate solutions respectively.

Please guide me in detail so that i may prepare correct solutions.
