Α positive learning environment can be maintained by implementing the principles of student-centered learning along with inclusive learning. Students should feel that they have a say in what and how they are taught and be encouraged to produce knowledge on their own. They should have a share of responsibility ( as a result of their participation in the procedure of learning) of the whole learning procedure.
In my experience, for students being able to choose plays a significant role, as well as participation in instruction design. Students can perform the same activities in a more motivated way when they feel their voices are being considered.
I think that a healthy learning environment could be promoted by boosting interaction in the classroom. Equally important, it could be achieved via adhering strictly to the classroom rules which should be set in the first session. Encouraging both collaboration and communicatio
n is also helpful. Another factor that help sustain a positive environment in a classroom is adopting differentiated instruction to respond to all the learning styles.
I think positive encouraging environment can only be maintain by the style of teaching, attitude, motivation and skills of communication. As a researcher in Science and Engineering, in my whole life experience the positive experience of education I got is from those teachers, who got skills to teach others, data which requires the expending, what I meant to say is. In order to create health a teacher learn about the background of pupils and always add their field an appreciation in the lecture to encourage whole class to participate. Every topic should start from basics to advance with life examples to increases the interest of students.
