Since I didn't find yet the answer from matlab forum, I want to ask about it here.
I have one folder with hundreds of xlsx files inside. I have a script running for each file and I've got some derived values from that operation. What I wanna do is running the script for all files, so I don't need to process it one by one.
What kind of syntax I should insert in the script to:
(1) Plot those derived values?
(2) Extract those derived values in xls file (one data file resulting one derived values file)?

I wonder if that link answering my question. But, maybe the link is helpful to save much time. I think it's just dealing with "dir" command to call all files; but I'm still stuck to overcome this. Anyway, thanks Novoselsky for the recommendation.
Create a for loop, which read your excel files one by one, derived values and then this derived values store (marge which previous valyes) in a temporary variable. when your loop is complete your all derived values are store into temporary variable. Then you can plot or export youre result from it.
Here a pseudocode to calculate averages form multiple excel files.
dirData = dir('*.xls'); % Get the selected file data
fileNames = {dirData.name}; % Create a cell array of file names
Temp = []; % Temporary Variable
for iFile = 1:numel(fileNames) % Loop over the file names
[Path,FName,Ext] = fileparts(fileNames{iFile});
LD = xlsread(FName); % Read data
Avg = mean(LD); % Average calculation
Temp = [Temp;Avg]; % Merge every excel average value in Temporary variable
end
