Dear all,
I am interested in the topic Chinese food and wine pairing. I thought about developing Chinese food and wine pairings as a new touristic product, but many wineries are not allowed to served any cooked food. That makes my thesis not so practical in reality. I also thought about using pairing as a marketing strategy for Chinese market, but it seems more in the wine marketing than wine tourism perspective.
Any idea how can I relate this topic in the scope of wine tourism?
