Usually the mAb products may be categorized by species reactivity, and host according to experiment design. However, how do I know if the mAb product is chimeric, humanzied, or full human?
And another question is how do different clones affect?

commercial mAbs have different suffix according to types:
-omab = mouse (murine)
-ximab = chimeric (partly human ~ 65%)
-zumab = humanized (mostly human >90%)
-umab = human

I knew the suffixes for different types of mAb. However, my question is, for example: https://goo.gl/xH89Mi, I cannot identify if the mAb is humanized (though it is for human & mice as mentioned on the webpage)
I had asked technician of the mAb product company, but didn't get satisfactory answer...
Sorry, I could not find the product with the link you posted. Anyhow, if the site does not provide much info, and the company does not give you a satisfactory answer, it seems a difficult task to find out more about this mAb.
hi, maybe this answer is to late, but if I understand, you have a sample of a mAb and you want to know what kind it is? you can try with a western blot using anti-human, anti-mouse antibodies directed against Vh & VL regions, your control must be origin-known antibodies (human and murine).
