How to isolate Helicobacter from Mouse Fecal Samples?

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for anyone who has successfully isolated and grown Helicobacter from mice faeces (stools).

Any ideas about how to proceed with the isolation?

All ideas about bacterial isolation from stool are welcome.

By an immunomagnetic-bead (IMB) separation technique, isolation of Helicobacter pylori from gastrointestinal and fecal samples of gnotobiotic mice infected with the microorganism was tried.

After IMB separation of feces, H. pylori was detectable by PCR, although H. pylori was not culturable.
