I have done antibiotic susceptibility assay for my lactic acid bacteria strains using 96 well microtitter plate. I need to know any software to interpret results.
Your microtiter reader should have the program to detect MIC directly. I have experience in using the Biorad microtiter reader with automatic measurement for ELISA. A similar program should be available with the respective software of the machine to measure MIC from the broth dilution method.
You can do it manually without needing a software, but if you're looking for the exact measurement, then your microtiter reader will do it for you if you set the program.
As Salequl-Islam said, if you want to measure the OD you can use an ELISA reader and screen at a wavelength of 620 to 650 nm if you are using resazurin (blue dye).
