I am not a mechanical engineer but a translation scholar and an EAP (English for Academic Purposes) teacher. In English "circuit" is applicable to both the above screenshots. If you want to know more about what "circuit" means you either use a English monolingual technical dictionary (edited or electronic/on-line) or you can find a bilingual (English: your local language) technical dictionary. In your local/native language "circuit" may have more equivalent terms used in similar or different technical contexts. Thus, you should be careful with the use of "circuit", if it renders exactly what you have in mind in your mother tongue.
