Hello everyone,
After collecting my research data, I opted for the using ANOVA statistics; but some researchers on research gate recommended the use of mixed ANOVA, so I opted for the latter, but I also wanted to see what the former gives for my data.
Since, I have just started learning how to apply statistics for hypothesis testing, I preferred to use a package like XLSTAT. The obtained statistical analyses are attached here.
Could anyone, please, help in interpreting the results?

For interpretation, You need ANOVA table and multiple cimparison method such as LSD, Duncan,.Benjamini-Hochberg........
Anova Table give you a general variation among studies treatments
LSD or Duncan give a compreison between the means of two treatments
You us mixed ANOVA when you want to know the effect of specific factor.
A mixed model involves fixed effects and random effects factors. A fixed effects factor is such that the levels are chosen specifically and not randomly and therefore statistical inference applies to the specific levels chosen. On the other hand a random effects factor is such that the levels are chosen randomly. Statistical inference on such a factor applies not to the specific levels chosen but to the population of levels from which the levels are chosen.
