How to interpret kimura distance in terms of years?

I have noticed some kimura distance numbers are in decimal, e.g. 0.05, 0.15. while others are in full digit, e.g. 5, 10, 15.

How to calculate Kimura substitution level of e.g. 5, 10, 15, ... in million years?
