How to interpret data of NMR spectrum for an unknown polymer sample?

I have analysed a polymer sample using 13C NMR and got the following peaks at 30.96, 117.96, 119.81 ,128.45,135.43,147.18 PPM for carbon spectra and as per my interpretation I expect

30.96 - CH3

117.96 - R2C=CH2

119.81 - R2C=CR2

128.45 - heteroaromatic

135.43 RHC=CHR

147.18 R2C=CH2

Could someone help me this data interpretation and let me know if what I have analysed is true ?

Dear Sivananth,

the interpretation would be very much facilitated if you could tell the degree of substitution of the carbon atoms (e. g. from a DEPT-135 spectrum) and if you had the information (from a HSQC spectrum) of the chemical shifts of the protons bonded to the individual carbons.
