I have already installed GROMACS in ubuntu (Windows 10), but now I would like to install VMD software in ubuntu (Windows 10), unfortunately I haven' t achieve it.

It's the same as for "normal" Ubuntu, but with an additional step, because Windows 10 version of Ubuntu works only in a text mode. In order to enable graphical applications you need to install an X server. There are some free (e.g. VcXsrv Windows X Server) and paid ones (e.g. X410 - available in the Windows Store).
