How to install and run SDTrimSP in Ubuntu or windows?

The SDTrimSP is a very powerful simulation for ion beam irradiation. But, I do not understand how to install and run. Could anybody please help me to do this? Which is comfortable for SDTrimSP Ubuntu or windows?
