I used trifluorotoluene,toluene and chlorobenzene as anti solvent as suggested above article.
But my current density and FF is very low compare to this article.current density 20(mA/cm2) and FF 50.45%. Due to low current density and FF my PCE=13.00%.
please give mi suggestions .
First of all a current of 20 mA/cm2 is very reasonable. The FF seems to be more of a problem and hints that you suffer from a high resistance. This could be either at the electrode interfaces or in the charge selective layers themselves. I would suggest to try a different electron transporting layer, or a different recipe to prepare it. By increasing the FF you probably will also increase your current a bit.

Your FF is very low in term of peorvskite solar cell which generally has FF above 60%.
first, Did you doped your Spiro HTM? by doing aging of your spiro films before depositing the metal electrode can improve your FF quite a lot.
Another thing is, Did you fabricated your perovskite in dry room? what is the level of humidity in your lab when you fabricated it. I think that will affect too.

In case of aging treatment, you may put the as-prepared device after Spiro deposition or before metal electrode (Au) evaporation in a dry box in air for 12 h or overnight.
