Publish in well circulated good journals. In online journals open access is preferable. Upload your papers (of course by not violating copyright rules) in RG, academia.edu, etc.

@Osama Rahil I'm agree with Dr. Osama Rahil.. It's depends on quality of content and promotion as well. But try to put paper in good quality of journals like Elsevier, scopus indexing, tylor ,PUBMED indexing, etc.
Totally depends on journal or open access journal, more promotional is menditory, prefer your work to student's, junior, collaboration, also quality of content.
