How can I increase plastic nature in rubber for preparing natural composites.
You can add a lot of fillers. If interested in natural composites, you might check also on some surface treatment in order to improve mechanical strength.

2. Plasticizers you have to see compatibility
3. Nano-materials will also work
4. Metal powder also works in some cases
etc.

Dear all;
I think the best is by increasing the crosslink density. To increase the brittelness means to increase the Tg of the rubber. Other option is to perform the mechanical tests at very low temperature (cryo-tests). Regards
