How to incorporate phase change memory model in Sentaurus?

Dear all,

I am working in simulation of phase change memory based Ge2Sb2Te5. I am using PMI model for phase change, namely "pmi_ce_msc". I am writing here to ask how can we find the path of the pmi_ce_msc and how to make the macro of this model in the parameter file!
