How to improve the force diagram in ETABS?

While modeling building in ETABS, on doing stiffness transfer and keeping top 8 center for the beam members, the stiffness of the structure is greatly reduced and the obtained force (BM) diagram is in a zigzag pattern, changing sign for every slab meshing point as shown in attached figure, how to solve this issue?
