if i want to eliminate 3,5 harmonics in a 2 level inverter, there are 3 angles generated using selective harmonic elimination. how do i implement this extra angle generated as it has only 2 levels. ?

simply by switching a number of times, at required angle(s), in both positive and negative levels. This way a 2Level waveforms will have several notches created by these switching actions.
