What do you mean by "hyperlink all at once? Usually, each reference has its own hyperlink, e.g. . I cannot imagine how to link to several references in one URL.
If I understand your question correctly, I would say: don’t do it. In my experience most of the journals/publishers have the software to do this. References are indicated in the text according to different formats/templates but if it is like this:
-Some text and then [1]
-or Some text and then1
-or some text and then (Author(s) et al., 2024)
Then the journal will automatically pick these up and link them to/in your list of references.
Best regards.
PS. There are indeed options in software like Word and specialised programs like EndNote but personally I submit the basic form to journals and never experienced any trouble.
In addition to Rob Keller 's comments: the common "link" would be to provide a DOI and you can use a citation management software that includes that for you. URLs on publisher websites can shift, especially when a journal gets sold, so that's not a persistent reference, anyway. The DOI, on the other hand, should be persistent although there also have been reports about DOIs to smaller publications leading nowhere, as well.
