How to have tactile sensation using PVDF-TrFE?

I want to make vibrator using PVDF-TrFE. Can anyone please suggest me the best conditions like thickness, weight %, electrode thickness, voltage and frequency, to do this using bar coating?

PVDF may be better and cheaper than PVDF-TrFE. it shall be a two-layer structure with one passive layer. the active layer will be become longer under voltage, therefore forming a dome. We also have PVDF-TrFE-CFE which have 10-time higher electromechanical response than PVDF or PVDF-TrFE.
