I would like to grow some spinach in aquaponics/hydroponics. I still have some problems with germination of the seeds. Was trying to sterilize with H2O2 and then germinate in wet chamber in dark at 17°C and 26°C for 8-10 days. Still not working so well. Does anyone have suggestions for that? Thanks a lot.
The use of the seeds to germane into full plants will not take too long, but the sterilization using H2O2 is unnecessary as the seeds are hearty enough to protect the delicate structures within the capsule. I suggest reading this little guide produced by the guys from Cornell University.

Just wash the seed with sterile water and follow the procedures suggested by Mohammed Khandake
