How to grow polyaniline nanofibres on polyurethane sponge with and without CNT coating?
We dissolve 0.6 ml of aniline in 100ml HCl and dipped polyurethane sponge into it for soaking for around 1 day and later transferred the sponge into APS solution in 1M HCl. The ratio of aniline to APS was kept 4:1 but our sponges showed a brown coating which was non-conductive. Kindly give some suggestion.
Polyurethane sponge is non-conducting material, it will give less conductive only, so first coat carbon nanotube in Polyurethane, than go for conducting polymer coat.
hello, we were using a dummy sample to help us know that the coating has been uniform and good. So we placed a cnt coated sponge as well as a simple sponge. on the simple sponge the coating was brown instead of green which is thought to be conductive.. Can you suggest some remedy or proper way
