How to graph a pore distribution graph from mercury porosimetry data?

Hi everyone

I'm struggling to graph pore distribution graph from mercury porosimetry data. because the data only includes cumulative volume versus pore diameter, incremental volume versus pore diameter and dv/dD versus pore diameter.

So how can I graph a pore distribution graph( fraction or percentage versus pore diameter) ?

the graph is similar with the following paper:
