I am trying to simulate the low velocity impact on composite laminate. For that if I am giving instantaneous velocity for rigid tup, abaqus is not considering the impact velocity change with the dynamics and resistance of materials..

you could base your model on an experiment, validate that then implement your model towards what is intended
Yeah for the Material Properties, I am using VUMAT Subroutine.
I am trying to simulate the impact on composite laminate. I enclosed the model for that. My doubt is that, if I am giving the initial velocity in step-1 without any amplitudes, the output plot for velocity-time plot is constant. and acceleration is zero. To simulate the actual physics of impact i think there must be a model that can give the information for velocity-time or force-time plots as input for abaqus.. Is any one help me in that aspect..
