We have obtained single crystal X-ray diffraction data in two-dimensional space.
The data are in the excel file, The given contour map shows one of the data sheet. It shows strong main reflection and accompanying four weak satellite reflections.
We are going to pick up the data cells in the excel sheet and summing up to obtain the integrated intensity data. Bu the data sheets are too many and the procedure seems to be tremendous.
Can anyone help us to get the integrated intensity from the 2-D diffraction data?
I agree with Junyang, Fit2D is a program developed by ESRF, downloadable from their website and more or less straighforward to use. It specially suited for yourpurpose. You could even mask some spurious reflections so they don't contribute to the integrated intensity.
Alternatively, you could use either Matlab or Python to batch-process all the files.
