I have measured capacitance-voltage and conductance -voltage. How to get surface potential Vs Voltage curve from above information. I have read many paper but not clearly mentioned. Is there any direct relation?

Savita, the band gap of normal semiconductors doesn't change with applied voltage. Could you give an example of such a curve from the papers you mention reading?

I am attaching couple of papers. The first one is a thesis and excellent handy tool for step-by-step determination of surface potential and other parameters of MOS-C such as fixed oxide charge, interface state charge, flat band voltage and threshold voltage. The second paper is also a handy tool and pay attention to the equation (1)-(4) of this paper where C-V measurements can be used to extract surface potential from accumulation bias to inversion bias. The third attachment is a book from world renowned researcher and educator Professor Dr. Dieter K. Schroder. MOS-C characterization methods are very precisely elaborated in this textbook.

The first attachment in this second answer of mine is an important thesis, the second attachment is also very precise work on surface potential extraction from C-V measurement. Study the 3+2 = 5 attachments from my two answers and you will get enough info to handle your case.
