You can find daily CMIP5 models data and climate reanalysis in Climate Data Store:

All the data is open and free to use.

Climate Data Store also offers Toolbox where you can process your data before downloading it.

For manipulating the data I would suggest using xarray (http://xarray.pydata.org) and pandas (https://pandas.pydata.org) Python libraries.

You can use future projected CMIP5 weather data on a courser resolution and dynamically downscale it by using WRF model.

Dear Marcos Jiménez Martínez I agree with Amin Sadeqi , the LARS_WG could be helpful. You have to feed it the data parameters you got from NASA and it will in turn produce random future data based on which RCP scenarios you want.

my opinion is that you should not simply apply a weather generator based on present climate data and "disturb" by different RCP assumptions. In addition, I also do not suggest to run your own regional climate model to downscale existing CMIP5 simulations. That's really a long-term effort ;-).

I rather suggest to start with available CORDEX simulations (which are based on different CMIP runs). Depending on your needs (regional or local/field scale), you may need to bias correct the data first. I assume you are in contact with Thomas Gaiser. He will provide you more information.
