Just run PLS Algorithm. In the report, look for f^2. This is the predictive power of the model.

Statistical power is related to the minimum sample size you need in your model.

GoF is not recommended as a fit meassure in PLS-SEM.

GoF is the geometric mean of average communality for the outer model and average R-square for the inner model. That is, goodness-of-fit equals the square root of communality times R-square. GoF will vary from 0 to 1. Henseler & Sarstedt (2012: 565) note that GoF may still be useful in assessing which datasets PLS-SEM explains better than others, with higher reflecting better explanation

=SQRT(AVERAGE(AVE)*AVERAGE((R2)))

Comment: R2 for endogenous constructs.
