I am working on plant genomics and I have list of 182 gene symbosl and accession of it. can any one suggest me to get all information about genes like gene summary, gene name, gene product, sequence related to gene, gene function and role, genes expressed, protein sequence etc and many more like GO Pathway and all those things.
It depends on the organism you're working with, but you should try Ensembl database tools like martview (http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martview/). You can filter the results for your 182 genes and select those information you are interested just by using the website. You may use the UCSC Genome Browser that has information about the genome of multiple species or the Netaffx link in the Affymetrix site.

Whether it is of arbdopsis thaliana or Zea mays. I am very new to genomics and figuring all information of gene but Information I have is only Gene Symbol.
Hello! I got solution on it. Its simple I have to go through Arabdopsis thaliana and find out full name from symbol and from that I can get all information. Now my next step will be annotation of selected gene. Your suggestion definitely help me. Thank you all.

Dear Battencourt ! thank you for your answer! According to your suggestion of using gene and and uniprote is tedious and require lot of time. It require prior knowledge about gene. Information I have is only gene symbol. BTW now I have NAME and SYMBOL so It produce good result. I can easily curat information.
Can you print here e.g. a list of 5 or more of this gene symbols?
And additionally a list of all the stuff you need for this genes?
