In HFSS, select the surface on which you want to calculate the surface current density.
Right-click on the surface and select "Add Field Calculator."
In the Field Calculator dialog box, select "Surface Current Density" as the field type.
In the "Surface Current Density" section, select "Jx," "Jy," or "Jz" depending on the direction of the surface current you want to calculate.
In the "Formula" section, enter "sigmaEx" for Jx, "sigmaEy" for Jy, or "sigma*Ez" for Jz, where sigma is the conductivity of the material and Ex, Ey, and Ez are the x-, y-, and z-components of the electric field, respectively.
Click "Calculate" to obtain the surface current density distribution on the selected surface.
