Use the BEES (Building for Environmental and Economic Sustainability) software. It is based on the LCA method outlined by ISO 14040 and considers all stages of the building materials life cycle in its calculations.

However, BEES is based on research done in the United States hence the material database is more towards the building material used there. Even still, you should be able to find the common traditional building material used in the Sri Lankan construction industry or make justifiable assumptions. Since its for LEED I think it should be good enough.

Beside LCA softwares, you can use certified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) of building materials and components published online either through manufacturers or EPD programme operators. The majority of them cover 'Cradle to Gate' phases as further phases depend mainly on expected building lifetime and EOL strategies.

 For construction materials the most important inputs are energy/electricity and transport distance. You can characterize the data from EcoInvent using SIMApro or OpenLCA. Here is a paper we published last december where we proposed a method to do so http://rdcu.be/m9MC
