There are many commercial cell openers, but I suggest to start with silicone oil PDMS , Fluid 200 (choose 2-3 viscosities) from Corning for example. In very, very low concentrations. If not the desired effect, I can provide some specific trade names. What is exactly your chemistry and blowing agent?

Petar Petrov I use compressed air to get air bubbles in a polyol blend, that polyol blend reacts with isocyanates and forms a frothed foam that is molded and subsequently heated. So I don't use chemical or physical blowing agents, just compressed air. It's difficult to have more cell opening because I have a limited amount of foam rise.
