I would like to know if is the any procedure or methodology to generated ecological risk maps in ArcGIS, because I am working in my current research, and I need to do risk maps of chemical mixtures in an specific place. Is there any specifically procedure or methodology

Generally, risk map shows an expected or probable occurrence of any kind of risk. For preparing a risk map of chemical mixture in any specific area, you have to find all the relative parameters which affect it.Later you can assign a weightage for each class based on Multi Influencing Factor (MIF) and then perform weighted overlay analysis in ArcGIS. Hopefully, you will have your expected result.

yes, as Avinash outlined. When you have your risk parameters set up (presumably as a raster grid), you can do the weighted overlay analysis using the built in tools, or just run a raster calculation where you multiply by your own weighting parameters within the equation....
