use this comand in matlab:-

[r1,c1]=find(indian_pines_gt==1);

Above command will give the rows and columns belonging to class 1.We can use the above rows and columns values on hyperspectral image cube to get the intensities of pixels belonging to class 1.Repeat it for all the 16 classes for indian pines data set.
