I looking for technique to fusion data from different year & different sample which has a same features but different data into one dataset.
Is it in the context of Nuclear Fusion? Anyway, there is a simplistic viewpoint. A programming in an Excel Sheet would do your fusion database.

I just want to get idea how to fuse data from a different database without any same key(ID). How excel handle it? Can you share a little bit more? I read some paper mention about fuse data using ML.
