I agree with Isaac - teaching by doing with enhance teachers content knowledge and enable teachers to be more confident. I put this with any subject though, a teacher requires knowledge as a baseline to then further develop in that topic (Ruiz-Primo, 2011). Therefore, developing creative ideas will become a second nature with a developing interest. Teacher workshops are another method whereas, Anderson & Kumari, (2014) express about integrating teacher - teacher assessments to provide feedback on improve teachers development. There are many elements to consider about the creativity and improving that.
