Teachers level of creativity in teaching science can be fostered through teaching by doing. Teachers are magnets that can attract objects of curiosity in learning of Science among students. However, as teaching and learning are fused and inseparable of the same whole teachers level of creativity can be fostered just as learners level of creativity can be induced through practicals.

I agree with Isaac - teaching by doing with enhance teachers content knowledge and enable teachers to be more confident. I put this with any subject though, a teacher requires knowledge as a baseline to then further develop in that topic (Ruiz-Primo, 2011). Therefore, developing creative ideas will become a second nature with a developing interest. Teacher workshops are another method whereas, Anderson & Kumari, (2014) express about integrating teacher - teacher assessments to provide feedback on improve teachers development. There are many elements to consider about the creativity and improving that.
