In our fluorescence instrument, if I select Scan mode as Synchronous then it asks to give Emission wavelength ( EM WL), Excitation start wevelength (EX start WL) and Excitation end wavelength (EX end WL). Then How to fixed Δλ = 15 nm or 60 nm as many literatures suggest for synchronous fluorescence of BSA.
If the maximum intensity is observed at λex = 346 nm, is it the way to put EM WL at 331 nm to maintain the Δλ = 15 nm and EM WL at 286 nm to maintain the Δλ = 60 nm?
