My source is a solar panel which I simulated in Simulink. When I keep the duty cycle constant and change the solar input, the output seems to be fine according to the formula.
but when I change the duty cycle keeping the solar input constant, the output of the converter does not match according to formula Vo = Vs/(1-D)

Try to calculate the duty cycle now for your model. Usually, simulink blocks are having the most advanced feature. You were trying to use the fundamental concepts which may not be equal to simulation criteria. I hope that will help you. Good Luck!!
