how can we find the Vertical and horizontal polarization of antenna in CST. i have attached the 3-D radiation pattern of printed monopole antenna. i know the antenna is linearly polarized but i have confusion that is it horizontal polarized or vertical polarized. I am interested to in vertical polarization.

Based on your plots, it appears that there is no ground plane on the backside of the dielectric substrate. What you have shown are basically E-plane and H-plane far-field plots!!! Narrow beamwidth plot is E-plane plot and other one is H-plane plot. How can we find the polarization? You have to check the E-field pattern on left side in 2D/3D Results in CST, if those lines are vertically spread then it is vertical polarization. Otherwise, if electric field arrows are horizontally scattered on the antenna then it is horizontally polarized. Try animating the fields and you can have better idea. Thanks.
When you choose the far-field results you can choose the component you want to plot - such as theta or phi. If you designed your simulation sensibly with z vertically then theta will correspond to V pol and phi to H pol. Unfortunately you have z horizontal, at least in the picture, so the relation between the two components and V and H changes around the sphere. You should run it again with z vertical.

Antenna has partial ground plane on bottom substrate. It is printed monopole antenna.
does the attached picture now gives any idea about antenna vertical polarization? suppose the antenna is horizontal polarized then rotating it 90 degree makes it vertical polarized?
i read in one forum that if Phi= 0 is represent E plane then it will be vertically polarized.

Hi, regarding antenna i was guessing based on pattern that either there is no ground plane or quite small. Anyhow, I am attaching a video from your CST file and you can see for yourself that antenna is vertically polarised.
I think you mean theta plane is for instance E-plane then antenna is V-pol.

Did you plot E theta? You in which case the polar diagram is for V pol radiation. If you plotted E phi then the polar diagram is for H pol radiation. If you plotted E abs then it does not show the polarization and it will not be the polar diagram for V pol or H pol. The diagram does not show what you have plotted and you have not said.
In array the inter element spacing is taken between two feed lines of antenna or it should be between two sides of radiating patch. i have attached a figure below. What i understand from array theory is that the inter element spacing should be between two radiating edges and not between feedlines.
