How to find the rotational temperature of hydroxyl radical in argon plasma using lifbase software?

Using lifbase software, I have found the rotational temperature of the hydroxyl radical is 420K when the peak correlation is 0.94523 but the chi square value is 30.2561. I think the Chi square value should be low.How to resolve this problem?
