How to find the drift and diffusion components of the current density for a n-type semiconductor?

suppose we have an n-type semiconductor. The only information about the semiconductor is that the current density is constant and the quasi-fermi level of electrons is a linearly increasing value. From this information, how to obtain the drift and diffusion components of the current density?

Hi There,

Saw this question and just for fun I made a video (https://youtu.be/xhEKCgFsZxY) showing how to separate the drift/diffusion components when a voltage is applied to a 1D wire. Hope you find it interesting. You will be able to tune the doping to what you want by playing with the doping editor.
