How to find the concentration of Carbon dots?

from weight of the starting materials how to find the concentration of carbon dots.

is there any relation between the total weight of the starting materials and concentration of the product??

I have also this doubt. I prepared Carbon dot by hydrothermal Method. But the prepared carbon dot was centrifuged to remove the larger size particles. So it will be difficult to find from the weight of starting material.
