How to find the capacitance value of an ionic liquid?

I need the capacitance value of ionic liquids Hmim-Cl and Bmim-Ntf2, in order to find out the parameters and apply in an OFET.

You can find some common ionic liquid by the following reference.

Typically, you have to measure frequency dependent C_IL by analyzer. Or you can do Hall measurement to figure out the capacitance.
