We want to choose specific bearing between all standards like SKF, KOYO, etc. Is there a book or excel file for finding it. For example we have ball bearing with this diameters 25X30X14. How we can find it between all standards?
Thanks for responding. This catalo belongs to SKF standard. I need a file that consists of all of reputable standards. Some of bearings are in SKF and others are in other standards like Koyo.
Pourya Bazyar Can you clarify your question for me please? (I am not a specialist and not being critical, just interested.) I believe SKF and Koyo are brands not standards. The specific bearing "25X30X14" seems to be OEM from Suzuki (09263-25045-0B0 - BEARING(25X30X14 Suzuki oem). A search for a bearing of your "25X30X14" dimensions will yield a number of suppliers - mostly for motorcycles. Concerning standards. Although manufacturer dimensions may be identical, their characteristics will vary. Bearing tolerances are commonly referred to by their ABEC (Annular Bearing Engineering Committee) rating, or grade. Tolerance classes for roller bearings are covered by the ABMA's RBEC (American Bearing Manufacturers Association' Roller Bearings Engineers Committee) contained within the same standard. The three most common bearing classes by standard are: ANSI Standard 20, ISO 492, & DIN 620.
Thanks a lot for responding and taking time. I said that dimension for example.
Yes, you are right KOYO, SKF, and others are brands. I want to explain more about my purpose.
When we construct a new machine, have different varieties ball bearing with special dimensions. We have to read the catalogs of different brands to find our desired ball bearing one by one. It takes to long time.
some of ball bearing are in all of brand's catalog. However, some of them are found in just bran's catalog.
Is there a file for searching our desired ball bearing among all bearing brands.
Pourya Bazyar Thank you for the clarification. You can try a more focused search using keywords such as: +bearing +search +"multiple suppliers" . (Your mileage may vary ;-) but it is a place to start.
Example search results include numerous multiple vendor search tools:
It should be noted that bearings can not be selected based on dimensions alone, and other information is needed (type of bearing, working conditions, working speed, incoming forces, etc.). If necessary, call me to guide you.
For example, when you read the SKF guide, it explains a lot of the calculations required.
Thanks for responding. You are right. It depends on some factors. However, we can use similar ball bearing. In reverse engineering, it is important to find desired ball bearing. We have to search in all standard's catalogs to find it. I want to know that is there any way to search it between all catalogs (not one by one).
