thank you Azizi for your valuable reply . They are using this techniue for timescale separation of uncertainities in power system applications. For eg:, say delP(uncertainity) = Ep*Xp

where Ep = perturbation matrix

Xp= states of system

so i need general help regarding how perturbation matrix can be formed from state equations
